Message from Founder
We are extremely happy to digitize our appearance in this hour of post pandemic ambiance when the entire universe is getting back to normal. During the last two years , the entire world, withstood immeasurable pains amidst the adverse impact of COVID-19. Apart from health care challenges, bleak economic scenario, staggering worldwide unemployment, lack of income generation avenues, poverty, pangs of hunger dotted across the horizon. Happy to note that things are gradually becoming normal worldwide slowly but steadily.
It is in this crucial hour, our concern LANDBASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES is focusing with a different mode of stratagem in sync with the evolving scenario of our fast growing digital economy for our clients both in commercial and non-commercial segments.

The business of the Firm shall be to offer project consultancy both in commercial field and in NGO sectors/ community developmental fields ; project planning formulation, write-up, budgeting, formulating techno-economy feasible and economic viable projects, formulation of Logical Framework Analysis, undertaking project monitoring and mid-term & end-term evaluation, planning, coordinating, implementing, facilitating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project programs of big Corporate entities . Shall also undertake innovative project programs in primary-agriculture, organic farming, environment and in non-primary sectors based on cost-effective, environment friendly , mass-based S&T inputs. Commercial sector consultation services includes electro-mechanical construction, EPC projects and in various sectors viz., Oil & Gas, Water purification, Waste Water Management, Solid Waste Management (SWM), Water Treatment ,transportation through piped water supply , power, ETP projects, Hospital planning /project formulations, designing/ Hospital operational management, Agricultural practices through innovative technology, organic farming and in allied sectors.
